Once I rent this unit, how will I get the keys?

You don’t need a key!
I have installed electronic locks in all access doors. A couple days before your arrival I will provide you with a “personalized access code” and check-in instructions.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available for one vehicle in the back driveway. There is also free street parking in front of the house.

Are pets allowed?

House-trained pets are allowed through a small pet fee! 2 pets max!

Is there an age restriction to rent this property?

Yes, there is. The responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. Exceptions are possible through a higher refundable deposit but complete group must be older than 21. Other restrictions and requirements may apply

How far is the beach?

The closest beach is South Padre Island, about 30 miles from here.

Are parties or events allowed?

No, neither parties nor events are allowed at any of our properties. Some complexes when this rule is broken, the responsible person(s) may be subject to a $300 fine.

May I exceed the maximum allowed occupancy. May I bring an air mattress? Are children counted?

No, each property holds an occupancy certificate issued by the City of Brownsville. Exceeding maximum occupancy risks voiding the certificate and may subject you to hefty fines or eviction. You may bring an air mattress as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Yes, children are counted in the number of guests
